成渝地区双城经济圈绿色全要素生产率测度及影响因素研究

摘　　要：测度成渝地区双城经济圈绿色全要素生产率,分析地区现状与差异性并探究其影响因素和溢出效应,对于推动绿色转型有重要意义。选取成渝地区双城经济圈16个地级市2004~2021年的面板数据,运用考虑非期望产出的Super-SBM模型测算绿色全要素生产率(GTFP),并构建空间杜宾模型探究其影响因素。结果显示:(1)GTFP呈现不稳定和波动性的状态,在空间上形成了“中部高两翼低”的明显特征。(2)通过莫兰指数检验,绿色全要素生产率表现出正空间相关性。(3)经济发展、产业结构能够提升GTFP,而其他变量对GTFP产生抑制作用。(4)进一步分析发现经济发展只对本地区GTFP有显著的促进作用;产业结构对本地和邻地都能够促进GTFP;城镇化水平和城市规模对本地区有显著的抑制作用;绿地面积对本地区有显著的抑制作用,而对邻地为显著促进作用。It is of great significance to measure the green total factor productivity of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,analyze the regional differences,and explore its influencing factors and spillovers,which will promote the green transformation.The panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2004 to 2021 were selected to calculate green total factor productivity(GTFP)by using Super-SBM model considering non-expected output,and the spatial Durbin model was constructed to explore the spatial effects of different factors.The results show that:(1)GTFP presents an unstable and fluctuating state,forming an obvious spatial feature of“high in the middle and low in the wings”.(2)Through the Moran’s I,it shows a positive spatial correlation.(3)Economic development and industrial structure can increase GTFP,while other variables can inhibit GTFP.(4)Further analysis shows that economic development only has a significant promoting effect on GTFP in the region;industrial structure can promote GTFP both locally and in neighboring areas;the level of urbanization and the size of the city have a significant inhibitory effect on the local area;the area of green space has a significant inhibiting effect on the local area,but a significant promoting effect on the neighboring area.
