摘 要:以对氨基苯酚、丹磺酰氯和4-氯-7硝基苯并呋喃为原料,经两步反应制备了一种可选择性区分检测H_(2)S和Cys的新型荧光探针DNs-PAP-NBD.结果表明:该探针具有双激发单发射荧光特征,在477 nm的激发下可专一性地检测Cys,在340 nm的激发下可实现对H_(2)S的专一性响应.而且,H_(2)S与探针的反应具有明显的颜色变化,还可利用比色法进行检测.探针对H_(2)S和Cys的响应快速,荧光强度变化对目标物浓度都具有良好的线性关系.对常见共存物和干扰物质的检测结果表明:探针对Cys和H_(2)S的检测具有良好的选择性和抗干扰能力.In this paper,a novel fluorescent probe DNs-PAP-NBD is synthesized from raw materials of paminophenol,dansyl chloride,and 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzofurazan.The probe DNs-PAP-NBD can be used for the discriminative detection of H_(2)S and Cys.The probe has dual-excitation and single-emission fluorescence characteristics,and can specifically detect Cys under excitation at 477 nm,and can specifically respond to H_(2)S under excitation at 340 nm.Moreover,the reaction between the probe and HS can generate an obvious color change,thus DNs-PAP-NBD can also be applied as a colorimetric assay for H_(2)S.The probe has a quick response to Cys and H_(2)S,and the fluorescence signal has a good linear relationship with the concentration of the target.The selective and competitive experiments have further demonstrated that DNs-PAP-NBD has a good selectivity and anti-interference ability for the detection of Cys and H_(2)S.
