摘  要:为了应对越来越多的分布式电源接入配电网造成静态电压稳定性运行风险以及新能源消纳等问题,提出了一种考虑静态电压稳定的配电网柔性互联装置配置方法。提出了一种基于局部网络等值的静态电压稳定指标(static voltage stability index,SVSI)计算方法,以经济性和新能源消纳为目标函数,建立了含双目标函数的双层规划模型,将SVSI作为约束条件嵌入下层模型中,上层模型优化电压源换流器的安装位置和容量,下层模型优化VSC的运行功率。采用非支配排序的遗传算法进行求解,通过仿真算例证明了所提规划方法的合理性,满足配置方案经济性的同时有助于提升配电网的消纳能力,减少网络损耗,且能够同时提升2个柔性互联区域的静态电压稳定性。This paper proposes a static voltage stability-constrained configuration method for flexible interconnection devices in distribution networks,aiming to mitigate operational risks associated with voltage instability and enhance renewable energy accommodation capacity under high penetration of distributed generation.Firstly,a method for calculating the static voltage stability index(SVSI) is proposed based on local network equivalence.Secondly,a bilevel optimization model with dual objectives of economic efficiency and renewable energy integration is developed.The upper-level problem determines optimal location and capacity of voltage source converter(VSC),while the lowerlevel problem governs VSC power exchange,incorporating SVSI as operational constraints.Finally,a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is used for validation.The calculation results demonstrate the rationality of the planning method,which not only satisfies the economic requirements but also helps to improve the accommodation capacity of the distribution network.At the same time,this method can reduce network losses and improve the static voltage stability of two flexible interconnected regions simultaneously.
