摘 要:文章提出了一种多能互补型光伏电站柔性并网控制策略,旨在通过光伏发电、储能系统和燃气轮机等多种能源的协同控制,实现电网的主动支撑和功率平衡。该控制策略采用分层协同控制框架,将并网过程分为全局优化、区域协调和设备执行3个层级,通过动态调整各能源单元的出力比例,平抑功率波动,提升电能质量。研究结果表明,柔性并网控制策略能够有效提高光伏消纳率、降低储能循环次数,并显著提升电站的整体运行效率和可靠性。This paper proposes a flexible grid-connected control strategy for multi-energy complementary photovoltaic(PV) power plants,aiming at realizing the active support and power balance of the power grid through the coordinated control of multiple energy sources such as PV power generation,energy storage system and gas turbine.The control strategy adopts a hierarchical cooperative control framework,which divides the grid-connection process into three levels:global optimization,regional coordination and equipment execution,and suppresses power fluctuations and improves power quality by dynamically adjusting the output ratio of each energy unit.The results show that the flexible grid-connection control strategy can effectively improve the PV consumption rate,reduce the number of energy storage cycles,and significantly improve the overall operational efficiency and reliability of the power plant.
