摘  要:配网调度自动化系统的馈线终端FTU一般均安装于电线柱上,传统运维方式诸如定值修改、故障信息查看等,须运维人员爬梯登杆通过有线方式完成运维,存在安全隐患且效率不高。尽管远方运维可以通过无线通信解决上述问题,但其通信安全问题仍不容忽视。针对此现状,文章提出了一种基于蓝牙通信的无接触运维的智能化终端解决方案,在提升运维效率的同时,有效地解决了无线通信的安全性问题。目前,该方案样机已在某地市供电局试点应用。应用运行结果表明,该终端无线通信可靠稳定、运维简单快捷,显著地降低了安全风险,提升了运维效率。The feeder terminal FTU of the distribution network dispatch automation system is generally installed on the power pole,and operations including setting modification and fault information viewing require operation and maintenance personnel to climb up the ladder and pole through wired methods,which entails safety risks and is inefficient.In response to this issue,this article proposes an intelligent terminal solution for contactless operation and maintenance based on Bluetooth communication with enhanced security,with the prototype being piloted and applied in a certain city bureau.Test results show that the wireless communication of the terminal is reliable and stable,with simple and fast operation and maintenance,significantly reducing security risks and improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
