摘  要:目的 探究中青年人群中生活方式与人体主要氧化应激标志物水平的关系。方法 于2022年1月和2023年8至9月随机抽取北京市石景山区苹果园和五里坨街道18岁以上居民进行问卷调查、体格检查,并留取空腹静脉血进行实验室检测。利用多元线性回归分析多种生活方式变量与血清氧化应激标志物之间的关联。结果 研究共纳入651例18岁以上55以下的中青年,其中男性338例(51.9%),女性313例(48.1%)。相关性分析显示,多种生活方式与血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶3(GPX3)、丙二醛(MDA)、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)和对氧磷酶(PON1)这5种标志物水平之间存在显著关联。采用多元线性回归模型控制可能的混杂因素进行分析的结果显示,睡眠时间与SOD活性、吸烟和蛋类摄入量与GPX3浓度、中等及以上体力活动时间与oxLDL浓度呈正相关(β=0.029、52.514、0.363、0.004,P<0.05),睡眠时间与MDA、蛋类摄入和睡眠时间与oxLDL、吸烟和睡眠时间与PON1呈负相关(β=-0.031、-0.005、-0.007、-5.043、-0.040,P<0.05)。这些关联在按性别分层的人群中也有体现。结论 生活方式与中青年人群体内常见的氧化应激标志物水平息息相关,中青年人群可以通过改善生活方式来调节身体的氧化应激状态。Objective To explore the relationship between lifestyle and major oxidative stress biomarkers in young and middle-aged individuals.Methods In January 2022 and from August to September 2023,a random sample of residents aged 18 years and above was selected from the Pingguoyuan and Wulituo Street in Shijingshan District,Beijing for questionnaire survey and physical examination,and fasting venous blood was collected for laboratory testing.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore associations between the lifestyle variables and serum oxidative stress biomarkers.Results A total of 651 young and middle-aged individuals aged18-54 years were included in this study,including 338 males(51.9%) and 313 females(48.1%).Correlation analysis showed significant associations between several lifestyle factors and the levels of five oxidative stress biomarkers:superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase 3(GPX3),malondialdehyde(MDA),oxidized low-density lipoprotein(oxLDL) and paraoxonase 1(PON1).After adjusting for confounders in multiple linear regression models,sleep duration was found to be positively correlated with SOD activity,while smoking and egg consumption were positively correlated with GPX3 levels,and moderate or greater physical activity was positively correlated with oxLDL levels(β=0.029,52.514,0.363,0.004,P<0.05).Conversely,sleep duration was negatively correlated with MDA levels,egg consumption and sleep duration were negatively correlated with oxLDL levels,and smoking and sleep duration were negatively correlated with PON1 levels(β =-0.031,-0.005,-0.007,-5.043,-0.040,P<0.05).These associations were also observed in the sex-stratified analysis.Conclusion Lifestyle is closely related to the levels of common oxidative stress biomarkers in the bodies of the young and middle-aged people.Young and middle-aged individuals can regulate their oxidative stress status by improving their lifestyle.
