摘  要:肥胖性心肌病是由肥胖作为病因引起的心脏形态、功能和代谢异常的疾病。近年来,随着全球肥胖患病率持续上升,该病已成为严重公共卫生问题。本文系统回顾了肥胖性心肌病的发病机制相关信号通路研究进展,重点关注炎症反应、能量代谢、氧化应激和钙稳态相关的关键信号通路在疾病发生发展中的作用机制。研究表明,多条信号通路的异常激活或抑制共同参与肥胖性心肌病的病理过程。深入理解这些信号通路的调控机制及其相互作用,为肥胖性心肌病的治疗策略和针对治疗靶点药物的研发提供理论基础。Obesity cardiomyopathy is characterized with cardiac structure,function,and metabolic disorder induced by obesity itself.With worldwide increasing prevalence of obesity,which has become an increasingly important public health issues.This paper systematically reviewed the progress of pathogenesis of obesity cardiomyopathy,especially focusing on the role of key signal pathways including inflammatory response,energy metabolism,oxidative stress and calcium homeostasis in disease development.The previous researches have verified that abnormal activation or inhibition of multiple signaling pathways jointly participate in the pathological process of obesity cardiomyopathy and well understanding the regulating mechanisms would provide basis for developing novel therapeutic strategies and treatment targets in obesity cardiomyopathy.
