摘  要:内蒙古西部农宅建筑围护结构热工性能不佳、采暖效率低,实现农宅绿色低碳转型非常困难。以内蒙古西部农村地区现存农宅为研究对象,结合走访调查、文献收集的数据,通过DeST和TRNSYS软件联合进行能耗模拟,利用正交试验法和熵权-TOPSIS法相结合从围护结构优化、可再生能源利用等方面进行绿色低碳农宅方案构建与选优,并对最优方案进行效能优化分析。最优方案为屋面增设100 mmXPS保温板,外墙增设160 mmPUR保温板,外窗玻璃改为6L+9Ar+6C,南向窗墙比0.4,阳光间进深1.4 m,玻璃类型为6C+12Ar+6C,风能发电效率为45%。最优方案的采暖期能耗为0 kW·h,最冷日室内平均温度为11.84℃,每年可节约碳排放量12.63 t,投资收益比0.41(>0),经济上可行,在内蒙古西部农村地区可积极推广,助力内蒙古西部农宅的绿色低碳发展。The thermal performance of the building envelope of rural houses is poor and the heating efficiency is low in western Inner Mongolia,making it difficult to realize the green and low-carbon transition of rural houses.Taking the existing farmhouses in the rural areas of western Inner Mongolia as the research object,this paper combined the data collected from field surveys and literature,and carried out the energy consumption simulation by DeST and TRNSYS software.Furthermore,the orthogonal test method and the entropy weight-TOPSIS method were used to construct and select the green and low-carbon farmhouse scheme from the aspects of enclosure structure optimization and renewable energy utilization,and the energy efficiency optimization analysis of the optimal scheme was carried out.The optimal scheme is to add 100 mm XPS insulation boards on the roof,160 mm PUR insulation boards on the external wall,the external window glass is changed to 6L+9Ar+6C,the southward window-to-wall ratio is 0.4,the sunlight room depth is 1.4 m,the glass type is 6C+12Ar+6C,and the wind power generation efficiency is 45%.The energy consumption in the heating period of the optimal scheme is 0 kW·h,and the average indoor temperature on the coldest day is 11.84℃,which saves 12.63 tons of carbon emissions per year,and the investment-return ratio is 0.41>0.The scheme is economically feasible and can be actively promoted in the rural areas of western Inner Mongolia,which can promote the green and low-carbon development of rural houses in western Inner Mongolia.
