分室间歇用能模式下寒冷地区农宅围护结构节能改造方案探究

摘  要:当前我国农村住宅围护结构节能设计方案大多是参照城市住宅全时间、全空间的采暖用能模式制定的,然而实际情况往往是部分空间、部分时间的分室间歇用能方式。通过问卷调查、访谈、室内温度测量及每日用能量记录,研究了寒冷地区农宅在分室间歇用能方式下的能量损失情况。使用能耗软件模拟寒冷地区典型农宅在分室间歇用能模式下,一侧为非采暖房间的采暖房间不透明围护结构能量流失情况,能量流失顺序为屋顶>北墙>采暖房间与非采暖房间隔墙>南墙>双侧采暖房间隔墙;对基准农宅不同围护结构部位分别增加保温层分析节能效果得出,分室间歇使用模式下,采暖房间与非采暖房间隔墙增加保温层可提升约5%的建筑节能率,高于南墙和东西山墙增加保温层的节能率。当采暖房间与非采暖房间隔墙的EPS保温板厚度为50 mm时,投资效益比最高,其节能率为5.2%,投资回收期约为2.94年。分析了外墙+屋顶+门窗改造方案和北墙+屋顶+内墙+门窗改造方案在节能率为50%情景下的经济性,当节能率为50%时,前者初始投资比后者多9687元,前者回收期比后者多1.67年。Currently,the energy-saving design strategies for rural house enclosures in China are generally based on the continuous and whole-space heating energy consumption patterns of urban residences.However,the actual energy consumption frequently exhibits a pattern of intermittent use,limited to certain spaces and times.Through surveys,interviews,measurements of indoor temperatures,and records of daily energy use,the energy losses in farmhouses in a cold region is explored when energy is used intermittently in separate rooms.The energy consumption software is applied to simulate energy loss from the opaque envelope of a heated room with an unheated room on one side in a typical farmhouse in a cold region under a split-room intermittent energy use model.The sequence of energy loss is identified as roof>north wall>partition wall between heated and unheated rooms>south wall>partition wall between rooms heated on both sides.The energy-saving effect of adding insulation is analyzed to different parts of the envelope of the benchmark farmhouse,which is found that under the intermittent use pattern of separate rooms,the addition of insulation to the partition wall between the heated and unheated rooms could improve the building energy-saving rate by about 5%,which is higher than the energy-saving rate of adding insulation to the south wall and the east-west hill wall.With a 50 mm thick insulation board on the partition wall between heated and unheated rooms,the investment-to-benefit ratio is found to be optimal,achieving a 5.2%rate of energy savings and a payback period of roughly 2.94 years.This study also compares the economic aspects of two retrofit schemes-exterior wall+roof+window and door,and north wall+roof+interior wall+window and door-assuming a 50%rate of energy savings.At this rate of savings,the initial investment for the first scheme is 9687 yuan higher than that for the second,with the payback period for the first being 1.67 years longer than for the second.
