摘  要:节能窗幕是一种新型动态可调透光建筑围护结构产品,其建筑节能效果未得到充分研究。利用DesignBuilder软件构建建筑模型,模拟计算玻璃贴膜、更换Low-E玻璃及安装窗幕3种不同透光围护结构下的建筑能耗。3种方案均可实现对透光围护结构热工参数的优化提升,从而降低建筑能耗。根据不同方案能耗数据,以建筑原有透光围护结构能耗为基准,获得不同改造方案的节能率。结果表明:相较于玻璃贴膜与更换Low-E玻璃,安装窗幕后的冬夏季负荷与全年负荷均为最低,节能率最高,全年建筑节能率可达30%以上;玻璃贴膜、更换Low-E玻璃与窗幕的冬季节能率分别为-29.44%、-16.95%、4.88%,相比其他两个方案,窗幕可以有效降低冬季能耗。Energy-saving curtains are a new type of dynamically adjustable light-transmitting building envelope product,whose building energy efficiency has not been thoroughly researched.DesignBuilder software is used to construct a building model to simulate and calculate the building energy consumption under three different light-transmitting envelopes:glass film,Low-E glass replacement,and installation of energy-saving curtains.All three schemes can realize the optimization and improvement of the thermal parameters of the light-transmitting envelope,thus reducing the building’s energy consumption.According to the energy consumption data of different schemes,the energy saving rate of different retrofit schemes is obtained by taking the energy consumption of the original light-transmitting enclosure structure of the building as a benchmark.The results show that compared with glass film and Low-E glass replacement,the energy-saving curtains has the lowest loads in winter and summer and the highest energy-saving rate for the whole year,gaining more than 30%annual energy-saving rate of the building.The energy-saving rates of glass film,Low-E glass replacement and energy-saving curtains in winter are-29.44%,-16.95%,and 4.88%,respectively.Compared with the other two programs,energy-saving curtains can effectively reduce energy consumption in winter.
