摘  要:为推动建筑节能减碳进程,上海市积极探索推进既有建筑超低能耗改造技术体系。分析了上海市某既有办公建筑在超低能耗改造设计方面的优化措施,其中主要技术路径包括优先提高建筑围护结构性能、优化暖通空调设备选型与运行效率、加强空调末端精细化控制、采用高效排风热回收装置、安装楼宇智能化管理系统、充分利用可再生能源并落实“光储直柔”建筑创新技术。分析结果表明,既有办公建筑可通过上述技术措施达到超低能耗水平,其中暖通空调与可再生能源对建筑节能减碳贡献率最大,“光储直柔”建筑为未来技术发展重点。从而为夏热冬冷地区既有办公建筑超低能耗改造提供了设计思路和优化方法。The technical system for ultra-low energy consumption retrofit of existing buildings is actively explored and promoted in Shanghai to promote the process of energy conservation and carbon reduction in buildings.Optimization measures are analyzed for ultra-low energy consumption retrofit design of a local existing office building.The main technical paths include:prioritizing the improvement of the building envelope thermal performance,optimizing the selection and operation efficiency of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning(HVAC)equipment,enhancing the fine control of HVAC end terminals,adopting high-efficiency exhaust heat recovery devices,installing intelligent building management systems,fully utilizing renewable energy sources and implementing Solar DC system with energy storage for flexibility improvement(PEDF).The analysis results show that existing office buildings can achieve the ultra-low energy level through the measures above,with HVAC and renewable energy contributing the most to energy saving and carbon reduction.PEDF will be the focus of future technological development.This provides design ideas and optimization methods for ultra-low energy transformation of existing office buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions.
