摘 要:城市污水处理是个高能耗行业,高电耗对企业和国家均会造成负担。随着环保要求的提高及污水厂运营精细化的管理,污水厂需要加快节能降耗技术的创新应用,其中电动机采用660 V配电具有先天优势。先对污水厂应用660 V进行技术可行性论证,包括技术标准、电动机、电气设备、电缆等。再对660 V配电的技术经济优势进行分析。通过一个工程案例对配电方案进行介绍,对比其产生的经济效益、环境效益。通过定量计算得到节约的电缆初始投资为253万元,电气造价可下降约10%;每年可节约电费25.5万元,减少碳排放量约428 t;节约的铜资源量达33 t。节能、节材潜力非常明显。Urban sewage treatment is a high energy consumption industry,and the high-power consumption will cause a burden on both enterprises and the country.With the improvement of environmental protection requirements and the fine management of sewage plant operation,the sewage plant needs to accelerate the innovative application of energy saving and consumption reduction technology.Among them,660 V motor distribution has inherent advantages.Firstly,the technical feasibility of 660 V was demonstrated for sewage treatment plants,including technical standards,motor,electrical equipment,cable,etc.Then the technical and economic advantages of 660V power distribution are analyzed,and the distribution scheme is introduced through an engineering example,comparing the economic benefits and environmental benefits produced by it.Through quantitative calculation,the initial investment of cable saved is 2.53 million yuan,and the electrical cost can be reduced by about 10%;It can save 255,000 yuan in electricity and reduce carbon emissions by about 428 tons;the copper resource saved is 33 tons;the potential to saving energy and materials is obvious.
