摘  要:办公建筑暖通空调和照明插座能耗占运行能耗的80%以上,节能潜力巨大。利用数字化手段采集、存储建筑各项运行数据,针对不同时间、不同空间的实际使用场景和需求制定不同运行模式及设备控制策略,并基于前期存储的基于数据交互式分析探索,深入评估建筑运行性能,从而更新迭代运行策略,是提高建筑运行能效的重要手段。结合浙江省杭州市某办公建筑综合数据监测与设备智慧运行系统的运营策略及人感数据、室内环境数据、分项能耗数据等,重点探讨了系统上线前后建筑的用能规律及能耗水平,验证系统节能效果的同时进一步挖掘办公建筑智慧运行的节能潜力。HVAC,lighting and sockets account for more than 80%of the operating energy consumption in office buildings,so the energy saving potential is huge.It is an important way to improve the energy efficiency of building operation by collecting and storing various building operation data by digital means,developing different operation modes and equipment control strategies according to the actual use scenarios and needs of different time and different space,and further evaluating the building operation performance based on the interactive analysis and exploration of data stored in the previous stage,so as to update the iterative operation strategy.Combined with the operation strategy,human perception data,indoor environment data,and sub-energy consumption data of the integrated data monitoring and equipment intelligent operation system of an office building in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,the energy consumption rule and level of the building before and after the system is launched are concentrated,verifying the energy-saving effect of the system,and the energy-saving potential of the intelligent operation of the office building.
