摘 要:空调冷热源的选择是暖通空调中较重要的部分。以某商业综合体为对象,进行全年空调负荷模拟。根据负荷结果进行初投资及运行费用的初步计算,对4种常用空调冷热源搭配方案的经济性进行对比,最终确定电制冷+市政供热为最优方案。进一步对冷源系统的机组配置进行优化分析,拟定两种机组搭配方案进行设备初选型,制定两种方案制冷主机的运行策略和不同工况下机组的COP函数,通过冷负荷占满载荷百分比小时数及运行费用的对比,确定大小机搭配为最优方案。最后通过对定频和变频机组的运行曲线分析,结合空调负荷特性,确定定频与变频搭配台数。为商业综合体的冷热源选择提供参考。The selection of air conditioning cold and heat sources is an important part of HVAC.A commercial complex is simulated on the annual air conditioning load,and the initial investment and operating costs are calculated according to the load results.It compares the economy of four common air conditioning cold and heat source collocation schemes,and finally determines that electric refrigeration plus municipal heat is the best scheme.Furthermore,the unit configuration of the cold source system is optimized and analyzed,two kinds of unit collocation schemes are drawn up for initial equipment selection,the operation strategies of the refrigeration host and COP functions of the unit under different working conditions are formulated.By comparing the percentage of cold load to full load hours and operating costs,the optimal scheme is determined.Finally,through the analysis of the running curves of fixed frequency and frequency conversion units,combined with the load characteristics of air conditioning,the number of fixed frequency and frequency conversion units is determined.It provides reference for the selection of cold and heat source of commercial complexes.
