摘  要:为了探讨小型数据机房新型余热回收利用系统,以宁波某办公楼内小型数据机房余热回收改造工程为例,根据项目历年用能数据分析研究,提出了一种适用于小型数据机房余热回收利用系统——水冷多联机+冷却塔系统,该系统可将数据机房全年余热进行回收,用于建筑物内生活热水及冬季采暖;采用该系统后,综合冷热COP值大幅度提升,改造方案中系统综合冷热能效值提升至5.9,数据机房EUE值可达到53%,减少标煤量93 t/a,减少碳排放269 t/a。将小型数据机房余热进行有效回收利用,可提高能源利用效率,降低碳排放,对于老旧小型数据机房节能减碳改造工程具有指导意义。To explore the utilization of waste heat recovery systems in small-scale data centers,taking the retrofit project of a small-scale data center within an office building in Ningbo as an example,a water-cooled multiple-unit+cooling tower system was proposed as a waste heat recovery and utilisation system for small data rooms,which was based on the analysis of historical energy consumption data.The system is designed to recover waste heat from the data center throughout the year and use it for domestic hot water and winter heating within the building.Upon implementation of this system,the overall Coefficient of Performance(COP)is significantly increased,and the comprehensive cooling and heating energy efficiency value of the system in the renovation plan is improved to 5.9,with the comprehensive Energy Utilization Efficiency(EUE)of the system reaching 53%.This leads to a reduction of 93 tons in standard coal consumption and a decrease of 269 tons in carbon emissions.The effective recovery and utilization of waste heat from small-scale data centers can enhance energy utilization efficiency and reduce carbon emissions,providing valuable guidance for energy-saving and carbon-reduction retrofit projects for aging small-scale data centers.
