摘  要:Rapid population aging has led to an increased focus on age-related conditions such as sarcopenia.causing loss of muscle mass and strength^([1,2]). Sarcopenia is associated with adverse outcomes,including falls, functional decline, frailty, and mortality, which can lower the quality of life and shorten lifespan^([1,2]).
