摘　　要：文中介绍了实验室参加渗碳层深度的测定(硬度法)能力验证不满意结果的原因分析和整改措施。从人员、设备、样品、检测方法等各方面进行了详细的技术分析,制定实施了纠正措施,通过测量审核验证了纠正措施的有效性,提升了检测人员的技术水平。This article introduces the cause analysis and corrective measures for the unsatisfactory results of the determination of the depth of carburized and hardened cases proficiency testing.A detailed technical analysis was conducted from all aspects of test such as inspection personnel,equipment,samples,testing methods,etc.The corrective measures were formulated and implemented accordingly,and the effectiveness of the corrective measures was verified through measurement audit.The proficiency testing has improved the technical level of determining carburized layer depth.
