高效液相色谱法测定纺织染料产品中的间苯二酚

摘　　要：纺织染料产品中的间苯二酚通过高效液相色谱仪——二极管阵列检测器进行分析检测。文中对色谱柱、流动相、流速、检测波长等色谱光谱条件进行优化,并对纺织染料中常用的阴性染料样品进行加标试验,结果显示,间苯二酚的加标回收率在81.17 %~110.99 %,相对标准偏差在1.25 %~8.01 %,方法检出限为10 mg/kg,方法定量限为40 mg/kg。本方法可用于纺织染料实际样品中痕量间苯二酚的快速测定,具有操作简单、线性良好、精密度好、回收率高等优点。Resorcinol in textile dye products is analyzed and detected by high-performance liquid chromatography diode array detector.The chromatographic column,mobile phase,flow rate,detection wavelength and other chromatographic spectral conditions were optimized,and spiked tests were conducted on common dyes in textile dye products.The results showed that the spiked recovery rate of resorcinol was in the range of 81.17%-110.99%,and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 1.25%-8.01%,the method detection limit was 10 mg/kg,and the method quantification limit was 40 mg/kg.This method can be used for the rapid determination of trace amounts of resorcinol in actual textile dye samples and has the advantages of simple operation,good linearity,high precision,and high recovery rate.
