摘  要:文中以福建省某矿业集团公司矿业井下所使用的井下20吨电动葫芦桥式起重机为研究对象,进行金属结构的动静态应力测试、受力结构焊缝的磁粉检测、上拱度测量等试验。重点排查主要金属结构受力构件存在的安全风险点、静刚度、上拱度等试验,结合常规的起重机械安全技术规程所采集的相关数据,计算出理论的剩余寿命数据,并为提升起重机的使用安全性及可靠性提出建设性意见。研究结果可为该类设备安全运营及设备科学管理的基础数据,降低设备安全运行风险。A twenty-ton electric hoist bridge crane used in a underground mining of a certain mining group company in Fujian Province was taken as the research object to conduct dynamic and static stress testing of metal structures,magnetic particle testing of load-bearing structure welds,and measurement of camber.Key inspections were conducted on the safety risk points,static stiffness,and camber of the main metal structural load-bearing components.Based on the relevant data collected from conventional safety technical regulations for lifting machinery,theoretical remaining life data were calculated,and constructive suggestions were proposed to improve the safety and reliability of crane use.The research results can provide basic data for the safe operation and scientific management of such equipment,and reduce the risk of safe operation of the equipment.
