摘　　要：大数据背景下,数据是创新与决策的核心。文中构建了以用户、资源和产品服务为要素的标准文献数据体系,并确立了数据采集、处理和挖掘的规则,从而达到业务数据收集的全面性,分析方法的统一性和处理的高效性,释放了业务数据的潜能,助推了标准文献服务行业数字化转型。In the context of big data,data stands as the core of innovation and decision-making.This paper constructs a standard literature data system with users,resources,and product services as its key elements,and establishes rules for data collection,processing,and mining.Thereby,it achieves comprehensiveness in business data collection,uniformity in analysis methods,and efficiency in processing,unleashing the potential of business data and propelling the digital transformation of the standard literature service industry.
