从六经辨证角度探析阿贝西利相关腹泻的中医药治疗

摘　　要：以阿贝西利为主的细胞周期依赖性激酶(CDK)4/6抑制剂联合内分泌治疗已成为激素受体阳性晚期乳腺癌患者的一线治疗方案,然而阿贝西利胃肠道毒副作用明显,严重影响患者的生活质量。从六经辨证的角度分析阿贝西利相关腹泻的病机传变规律,根据疾病不同阶段合理选择方药,可有效改善患者的腹泻症状。并附验案1则。Cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6(CDK4/6)inhibitors such as abemaciclib,when combined with endocrine therapy,have become the first-line treatment for patients with hormone receptor-positive advanced breast cancer.However,abemaciclib often causes gastrointestinal toxicities and adverse effects,which significantly impair patients'quality of life.Therefore,this article explores the pathogenesis and progression of abemaciclib-associated diarrhea based on six-channel syndrome differentiation.Our analysis suggests that tailoring herbal formulas and treatments to specific stages of the disease can effectively alleviate diarrhea symptoms.A confirmed case is presented for reference.
