摘　　要：通过系统梳理当归散的历史沿革、药物组成、药物基原与炮制、药物剂量及用法、主治病证、古籍与现代临床应用等关键信息,发现多数医家对于当归散的主治病证认识与仲景所论基本一致,也有少数医家将其用于治疗产后恶露内停等病症。当归散在现代临床妇科领域的应用更为广泛,尤其在复发性流产的治疗中展现出显著疗效。其药材的炮制方法相对清晰,均为生用;用药剂量大多与《金匮要略》中剂量一致,建议处方剂量为:当归、黄芩、白芍、川芎各0.67g,白术0.33g。用法:将药物粉碎为细末,混合均匀,每次取1.5g,以酒送服,每日服用2次。This paper systematically reviews the historical evolution and key information of Danggui Powder.It investigates six key aspects including historical evolution,drug composition,raw materials and processing methods,dosage and usage,indications,ancient books and modern clinical application.It is found that the indications for Danggui Powder,as recognized by most physicians,are largely consistent with those discussed by Zhongjing.However,a few physicians have also used it to treat conditions such as postpartum lochia and other diseases.The application of Danggui Powder in modern clinical gynecology is even more extensive,particularly demonstrating significant efficacy in the treatment of recurrent abortion.The processing methods for the medicinal herbs are relatively clear,with all herbs used in their raw form.The recommended dosage,which is mostly consistent with that found in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,is as follows:0.67 g each of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Scutellariae Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,and Chuanxiong Rhizoma,and 0.33 g of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma.Usage:The drug should be crushed into fine powder,mixed evenly,1.5 g each time,taken with wine,2 times per day.
