眶内穴直刺手法规范化应用探析

摘　　要：眶内穴即眼眶内的穴位,常用于治疗各种目病及头面部疾病,对失眠、急性腰扭伤等全身疾病亦有良效。眶内穴多以直刺为主,由于眼眶解剖结构复杂,直刺手法特殊,具有一定的危险性,致使眶内穴的临床应用受到了限制。基于中医文献记载及解剖学研究,结合循证医学证据,借助影像学技术从针刺深度、进针角度、刺激手法、时间参数等量学指标对眶内穴的直刺手法进行探讨,以期对眶内穴直刺操作手法标准作进一步补充,确保眶内穴的直刺安全性,提高眶内穴的应用价值。The intraorbital acupoints,located within the eye socket,are commonly used to treat various ophthalmic disorders and facial conditions.These acupoints also demonstrate effective results for systemic diseases,such as insomnia and acute lumbar sprains.The perpendicular insertion is primarily used for needling these acupoints.However,due to the complex anatomical structure of the eye socket and the specialized nature of perpendicular insertion,it carries certain risks,which have limited the clinical application of intraorbital acupoints.Drawing from traditional Chinese medicine literature and anatomical studies,combined with evidence-based medicine and imaging technology,this paper explores the perpendicular insertion for intraorbital acupoints,focusing on quantitative parameters such as needling depth,insertion angle,stimulation manipulations,and time duration.The aim is to further supplement the standardized procedure for perpendicular insertion at intraorbital acupoints,ensuring the safety of perpendicular insertion and enhancing the clinical value of intraorbital acupoints.
