摘　　要：介绍王庆其教授基于“阳化气”思想,运用“通阳法”治疗高脂血症、脾胃病伴抑郁症、功能性消化不良、溃疡性结肠炎等疾病的临床思路与经验。王教授十分重视阳气与脾胃的关系,认为阳气的温煦、推动、气化等功能可直接影响脾气散精、脾胃运化,通过灵活配伍使用辛热、柔润、淡渗、芳香之品,以“淡味渗泄通阳”“宣阳化痰开郁”“辛温补火通阳”“甘温健脾补气”等法恢复阳气功能,达阳气通畅之目的,从而治疗各类脾胃病。The article introduces Professor Wang Qingqi's clinical thinking and treatment of hyperlipidemia,spleen and stomach diseases accompanied by depression,functional dyspepsia,ulcerative colitis and other diseases by using"activating yang method"based on the idea of"yang transforming qi".Professor Wang attaches great importance to the relationship between yang qi and the spleen and stomach,and believes that the functions of yang qi such as warming,promoting and vaporizing can directly affect the rotting and ripening of food of stomach and dispersing essence of spleen.Professor Wang flexibly combined the use pungent-hot medicinal,soft medicinal,dampness-draining diuretic products and aromatic medicinal to achieve the purpose of restoring yang qi function by the methods of"draining dampness to promoting yang qi with tasteless drugs","dispersing yang qi,resolving phlegm and relieving depression","nourishing fire and promoting yang with pungent and warm drugs"and"sweetening and invigorating spleen and invigorating qi"to treat spleen-stomach diseases.
