摘　　要：《中华人民共和国药典(2020年版)》记载,红景天药用品种为景天科植物大花红景天Rhodiola crenulata(Hook.f.et Thoms.)H.Ohba的干燥根和根茎,具有益气活血、通脉平喘之功效。近年来随着大花红景天研究的不断深入,发现其化学成分丰富多样,主要含有苷类、有机酸类、苯丙素类、黄酮类、挥发油等活性成分;同时,其具有抗氧化和抗缺氧、延缓衰老、抗炎、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力等药理作用。由于历代古籍记载模糊、各地用药品种混乱,导致该中药在药材市场中混伪品、低劣品频出;同时近年来关于大花红景天的质量控制研究比较薄弱,且大多为单一指标性成分的含量测定,尚不能全面反映药材质量。从大花红景天的本草考证、种质资源、化学成分、药理作用及质量控制方面进行归纳与总结,以期为其精准临床用药、质量评价及新药开发后续研究奠定基础。According to the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2020 Edition),Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma is the dried roots and rhizomes of Rhodiola crenulata(Hook.f.et Thoms.)H.Ohba.It is known for its effects in tonifying qi,invigorating blood,unblocking vessels,and relieving asthma.In recent years,with the deepening of research on Rhodiola crenulata(Hook.f.et Thoms.)H.Ohba,it has been found to contain a wide variety of chemical constituents,including glycosides,organic acids,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,and essential oils.Additionally,it possesses various pharmacological effects such as antioxidant,anti-hypoxia,anti-aging,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,and immuneboosting effects.However,due to vague historical records and confusion over the medicinal species used across regions,there is a frequent occurrence of adulterated or substandard products in the medicinal herb market.Furthermore,recent research on the quality control of Rhodiola crenulata(Hook.f.et Thoms.)H.Ohba has been insufficient,with most studies focusing on the quantification of single marker components,which does not fully reflect the overall quality of the herb.This paper provides a summary of the literature on its botanical identification,germplasm resources,chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,and quality control,with the aim of laying a foundation for precise clinical application,quality evaluation,and future research in new drug development.
