秦皇岛市森林生态旅游产品价值实现路径研究

摘　　要：森林旅游已是林草业三大支柱产业之一,也是实现森林生态产品价值的最有效途径之一,已成为当前生态产品价值实现研究的热点内容。通过梳理森林生态旅游概念、载体和价值等内容,界定森林生态旅游的概念,分析秦皇岛市森林生态旅游现状、取得的成绩,发现森林生态旅游存在产业链不齐全、基础设施薄弱、专业性不足、缺乏有效的社区参与机制等问题,从挖掘和延伸森林生态旅游产业链、加大基础设施建设和投入、规范森林旅游服务质量与管理、强化社区参与机制、加大宣传拓宽生态产品销售市场五个方面提出了秦皇岛市森林生态旅游产品价值实现路径。Forest tourism has become one of the three pillar industries of the forestry and grassland industry, and is also one of the most effective ways to realize the value of forest ecological products. It has become a hot topic in current research on the realization of ecological product value.By clarifying the concept, carrier, and value of forest ecotourism, this article defined the concept of forest ecotourism. Taking Qinhuangdao City as an example, through analyzing the current situation and achievements of forest ecotourism, it was found that there were problems such as incomplete forest ecotourism industry chain, weak infrastructure, insufficient professionalism and lack of effective community participation mechanism. In view of this, Qinhuangdao City′s forest ecotou-rism product value realization path were proposed from exploring and extending industry chain, strengthen infrastructure construction and financial support, standardizing forest tourism service quality and management, strengthening community participation mechanism, expanding the sales market of ecological products.
