河北省新质生产力与乡村特色产业高质量发展耦合协调研究

摘　　要：通过分析新质生产力和乡村特色产业高质量发展的耦合机理,构建了新质生产力与乡村特色产业高质量发展的评价指标体系。基于2013—2022年河北省相关数据,采用熵值法确定各指标权重,对新质生产力与乡村特色产业高质量发展的耦合协调关系进行测评。研究结果表明:河北省新质生产力和乡村特色产业高质量发展的综合协调水平和耦合协调度呈现先升高后降低的态势,二者整体上协调水平较低,仍未完全建立起融合协调发展的促进关系。基于此,提出推动新质生产力和乡村特色产业的融合协调发展、夯实科技创新根基、激发人力资本活力、加快乡村新型基础设施建设等建议。By analyzing the coupling mechanism of new quality productivity and high quality development of rural characteristic industries, an evaluation index system was established. Based on the data of Hebei Province from 2013 to 2022, the entropy method was used to determine the weight of each index, and the coupling coordination relationship between new quality productivity and high quality development of rural characteristic industries was evaluated. The results show that the comprehensive coordination level and coupling coordination degree of the high quality development of new quality productivity and rural characteristic industries in Hebei Province show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The overall coordination level of the two is low, and the promotion relationship of integrated and coordinated development has not been completely established. Based on this, this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the integrated and coordinated development of new quality productivity and rural characteristic industries, consolidate the foundation of scientific and technological innovation, stimulate the vitality of human capital, and promote the efficient circulation of factors, so as to promote the high quality coupling and coordinated development of new quality productivity and rural characteristic industries.
