摘  要:产教融合模式下“大思政”育人体系建设有利于促进校企深度合作,提升人才培养质量。但研究发现,产业学院背景下的“大思政”育人体系目前存在校企协同体制机制不健全,校企教师思政育人的能力不高,思政育人内容形式单一等问题。本研究以北控水务学院为例,从坚持以立德树人为核心,实施体制机制、双师队伍保障和突出课程、实践、第二课堂育人路径三个层面提出了构建策略。The construction of the great ideological and political education system within the context of integration of production and education is beneficial for promoting deep cooperation between schools and enterprises, and enhances the quality of talent cultivation. However, according to the research, it is found that there are several issues in the current construction of great ideological and political education system in modern industrial colleges, including inadequate collaborative mechanisms between schools and enterprises, low levels of ideology and political education among schools, enterprises and teachers, and a lack of diversity in the forms of ideological and political education. Taking Beikong Water Affairs Institute as an example, this research puts forward construction strategies from three aspects: adhering to the core principle of fostering virtue through education, implementing system and mechanism guarantees, ensuring the support of a dual-teacher team,and emphasizing educational pathways through courses, practice and extracurricular activities.
