摘　　要：加强三峡库区工业污染风险管理对于保障库区周边省市用水安全、长江流域生态安全、促进长江经济带高质量发展,具有十分重要的意义。以三峡库区重庆段为研究对象,收集工业污染源相关资料,分析重庆江段工业污染重点污染因子空间分布状况、污染行业分布状况及存在的问题,从法制、机制、技术等方面提出工业污染风险管理的意见建议。研究成果可为优化三峡库区重庆段工业布局、强化监督管理、提高管理水平提供参考。Strengthening the risk management of industrial pollution in the Three Gorges Reservoir area is crucial for ensuring water safety in adjacent regions,maintaining ecological security along the Yangtze River Basin,and supporting high quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Based on collected data on industrial pollution sources in Chongqing section,we examined the spatial distribution of key pollutants and pollution industries,and identified the existing problems.Suggestions for industrial pollution risk management were proposed from aspects of legal system,mechanism,and technology.The research findings provide insights for optimizing the industrial layout,strengthening market supervision and management,and improving management level in Chongqing section of the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
