周期性施加草酸青霉与磷矿粉复配对土壤铅污染修复的影响

摘  要:该研究通过设置草酸青霉和磷矿粉复配的3个不同施加周期:仅施加1次(In-0)、每10 d施加(In-10)、每20 d施加(In-20),探究周期性施加对土壤重金属铅修复效果及土壤部分理化性质和酶活性的影响.结果表明,周期性施加显著降低了土壤有效态铅含量,提高了铅的固化效率,其中In-10处理组效果最好,相比空白组降低了19.5%,促进了有效态铅向残渣态铅转变.此外周期性施加显著提高了土壤pH和有效磷含量,其中In-10处理组对土壤pH提升最为显著,In-20处理组对土壤有效磷含量提高最显著,相比空白组提高了19 mg·kg^(-1).但周期性施加对土壤阳离子浓度、酸性磷酸酶、脲酶活性的影响不显著.本研究为解磷菌与难溶性磷酸盐复配修复土壤重金属提供了改良方法.In this study,we set up three periodic inoculation of phosphate solubilizing microorganism Penicillium oxalicum and phosphorus(P)rock:Applied only once(In-0),applied every ten days(In-10),and applied every twenty days(In-20),to investigate the effect of periodic inoculation on the Pb remediation in soil as well as on the soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities.The results showed that periodic inoculation significantly reduced the soil available Pb level and improved soil Pb immobilization efficiency.The In-10 treatment group had the best Pb immobilization efficiency with a reduction of 19.5%compared with the CK,which promoted the conversion of the effective state of Pb to residual Pb.The periodic inoculation significantly increased soil pH and available P contents.The In-10 treatment increased soil pH,while the In-20 treatment increased soil effective phosphorus by 19 mg·kg^(-1),comparing to CK.However,the periodic inoculation did not significantly impact soil CEC,acid phosphatase and urease activities.The present study provides theoretic foundations on the periodic inoculation of phosphate solubilizing microorganisms and insoluble P sources in soil heavy metals remediation.
