摘 要:为了评估岸边集装箱桥式起重机(岸桥)前大梁的疲劳寿命,以广州港某岸桥设备为研究对象,建立岸桥前大梁的数值模拟模型.运用Ansys软件模拟现实工况,设置合理边界条件,计算出前大梁整体壳模型与节点处实体子模型的应力值.基于应力计算结果,采用nCode DesignLife模块分别计算出子模型在不同工况下板危险节点和焊缝危险点的疲劳寿命.结合线性疲劳累积损伤理论和实测数据统计载荷谱,预估节点的剩余疲劳寿命.结果表明,整体模型及子模型计算的应力值均与实测值吻合,危险节点的剩余疲劳寿命预估值为15.56年,节点处焊缝疲劳寿命小于节点处板的疲劳寿命,为岸桥前大梁与横梁节点的疲劳寿命研究提供了参考.In order to evaluate the fatigue life of the front girder of a quayside container bridge crane(quayside bridge),a numerical simulation model of the front girder of a quayside bridge in Guangzhou Port was established.Ansys software is used to simulate the actual working conditions,and reasonable boundary conditions are set up to calculate the stress values of the front girder shell model and the solid sub-model at the joint.Based on the stress calculation results,the fatigue life of the sub-model under different working conditions was calculated by nCode DesignLife module.Combined with the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory and measured data to calculate the load spectrum,the residual fatigue life of the node is estimated.The results show that the stress values calculated by the whole model and the sub-model are consistent with the measured values.The estimated residual fatigue life of the dangerous joints is 15.56 years,and the fatigue life of the weld joints at the joints is less than that of the plates at the joints,which provides a reference for the fatigue life research of the front girder and beam joints of the quays.
