摘　　要：习近平总书记关于残疾人事业的一系列重要论述,深刻阐释了新时代残疾人事业发展的指导思想、价值理念、目标任务和责任要求,其中的“平等、融合、共享”的重要理念是关于怎样正确看待残疾、怎么正确对待残疾人的辩证认识的高度概括。这一重要论述不仅是新时代残疾人事业发展的理论指引,更与社会主义核心价值观高度契合,重点阐释现代社会发展中如何推进残疾人价值体系建设,体现了对社会公平、正义和人类尊严的深刻关注。在推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国这一“新时代新的文化使命”时代条件下,构建以“平等、融合、共享”为核心理念的新时代残疾人观作为实现残疾人解放的思想基础,是衡量人类文明发展程度的重要标志。A series of important remarks on the cause of persons with disabilities delivered by General Secretary XI Jinping,have provided an in-depth interpretation of the guiding ideology,values,target tasks and responsibility requirements for the development of the cause of persons with disabilities in the new era.The important concept of"equality,inclusion and sharing"put forward by General Secretary XI Jinping is a high-level summary of the dialectical understanding of how to correctly view disability and treat persons with disabilities.This important remark theoretically guides the development of the cause of persons with disabilities in the new era.Moreover,it is highly consistent with the concept of the core socialist values,and detailedly interprets the issue on how to promote the construction of the value system for persons with disabilities in modern social development,reflecting profound concerns about social equity,justice and human dignity.Under the historic condition of advancing cultural prosperity and building a culturally strong nation,which constitute the new cultural mission in the new era,constructing views on persons with disabilities in the new era centering on"equality,inclusion and sharing"as the ideological foundation for realizing the liberation of persons with disabilities,is a key indicator measuring the development level of human civilization.
