摘　　要：本研究运用供需适配性理论阐述了治理残疾人公共体育服务供需适配性问题的逻辑理路,从该理论包含的“相关性、相适性、可及性、质量性”四个要素方面分析了残疾人公共体育服务供需适配现实样态,指出目前残疾人公共体育服务存在供需资源总量与应用失衡凸显、供给内容与需求多元化错配、无障碍环境建设体系不完善、服务质量和效能较低与创新动力不足等症结,并提出治理策略,即未来应转化多元供给主体治理方式,增强公共体育服务相关性的资源整合能力;深化数字化技术治理应用,提升公共体育服务相适性的精准靶向;强化无障碍体育环境建设,赋能公共体育服务可及性的场景融合;优化公共体育资源结构配置,推动公共体育服务质量性的提质升级。This study employs the supply-demand adaptability theory to expound the logical framework for addressing the issue of supply-demand adaptability in public sports services for persons with disabilities,analyzes the current supply-demand adaptation status of public sports services for persons with disabilities from aspects of relevance,adaptability,accessibility and quality included in the theory,and holds that there are supply-demand issues such as prominent imbalance between total supply and demand resources and their utilization,mismatch between supply and increasing demand,imperfect accessible environment construction system,relatively low service quality and efficiency,and insufficient innovation drive.Then the study recommends targeted governance strategies,namely transforming the governance mode of multiple suppliers to enhance the ability of resource integration relevant to public sports services;intensifying the application of digital technology governance to improve the adaptability of public sports services precisely targeting demand;strengthening the construction of accessible environments for sports participation to empower the scene integration for better accessibility of public sports services;optimizing the structural allocation of public sports resources to promote the quality improvement and upgrading of public sports services.
