摘　　要：数字技术的迅猛发展使残疾人的生活方式发生了巨大的变化,为残疾人实现美好生活带来了新的机遇。在数字时代,残疾人实现美好生活的优势在于数字技术增加了生活方式的便捷性、促进了自身发展的个性化、社会资源的共享性以及社会参与的融合性等,但残疾人也面临着数字鸿沟、“信息茧房”、网络安全和数字素养不足等挑战。这就需要加强信息无障碍建设以消除数字鸿沟,提升残疾人数字素养以打破“信息茧房”,强化思想宣传引导以营造良好环境,建立健全制度规范以提供坚实保障,推动数字技术在残疾人实现美好生活中发挥更大作用。The rapid development of digital technology has prompted great changes in lifestyles of persons with disabilities,and brought new opportunities for persons with disabilities to achieve a better life.In the digital era,persons with disabilities are offered advantages brought by digital technology to achieve a better life,such as increased convenience of lifestyle,promoted personalized development,increased sharing of social resources and inclusive social participation,but also face such challenges as the digital divide,information cocoon,cybersecurity and insufficient digital literacy.In view of this,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of information accessibility to eliminate the digital divide,enhance the digital literacy of persons with disabilities to break the information cocoon,strengthen the ideological propaganda and guidance to create a favorable environment,and establish sound systems and norms to provide a solid guarantee,so as to promote the digital technology to play a bigger role in achieving a better life for persons with disabilities.
