小青龙汤联合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对血清SP-D、TGF-β_(1)水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察小青龙汤联合常规西药治疗对支气管哮喘患者血清表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平的影响及其疗效。方法:选择98例支气管哮喘患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组49例。观察组予小青龙汤联合常规西药治疗,对照组仅予常规西药治疗,两组均治疗1个月。治疗后比较两组临床疗效及两组治疗前后血清SP-D、TGF-β_(1)、中医证候积分、肺功能指标、哮喘控制测试问卷(ACT)评分及Marks哮喘生命质量问卷(Marks-AQLQ)评分等指标的变化。结果:观察组总有效率为93.88%,对照组总有效率为79.59%,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者中医证候积分、Marks-AQLQ评分及血清SP-D、TGF-β_(1)水平均降低,肺功能指标水平、ACT评分升高(P<0.05),观察组上述指标改善幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤联合常规西药可提高支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效,有效缓解临床症状,改善肺功能,调节血清SP-D、TGF-β_(1)水平,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treating bronchial asthma and its impact on serum levels of surfactant protein D(SP-D)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)).Methods:98 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 49 cases in each group.Those in the observation group were treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with conventional western medicine,meanwhile those in the control group were only administrated with conventional western medicine.Both groups were treated for 1 month.Before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy,changes in serum SP-D and TGF-β_(1)levels,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,pulmonary function indices,asthma control test(ACT)scores,and marks asthma quality of life questionnaire(Marks-AQLQ)scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.88%,and that of the control group was 79.59%,with a significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05).Comparing to those before treatment,TCM syndrome scores,Marks-AQLQ scores,and serum SP-D and TGF-β_(1)levels in both groups were lower,while the pulmonary function indices and ACT scores were higher(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited significantly greater improvements in these indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with conventional western medicine enhances the clinical efficacy in bronchial asthma patients by effectively alleviating clinical symptoms,improving pulmonary function,regulating serum SP-D and TGF-β_(1)levels,and thereby improving the patients'quality of life.
