摘　　要：针对某热电厂电石渣-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统中石膏脱水困难的问题,分析了相关系统设备、参数及运行操作,提出了脱硫系统运行操作控制的措施,逐步将石膏浆液品质调整到合格状态,解决了该脱硫装置石膏浆液脱水的难题,取得了电石渣-石膏湿法脱硫石膏脱水品质控制的运行经验。In response to the difficulty of gypsum dehydration in the wet flue gas desulfurization system of a certain thermal power plant boiler using carbide slag,this paper analyzes the relevant system equipment,parameters,operating operations and proposes measures for controlling the operation of the desulfurization system.Gradually,the quality of gypsum slurry is adjusted to a qualified state,solving the problem of gypsum slurry dehydration in the desulfurization device,and obtaining certain operating experience in controlling the quality of gypsum slurry dehydration in wet flue gas desulfurization using carbide slag.
