摘  要:在传统集中供热系统能耗中,水泵的输配能耗占比为30%左右,为降低供热系统的输配能耗,分布式输配系统得到越来越多的应用。分布式输配系统和集中式输配系统在组成、运行能耗方面存在差异,导致经济效益有所差别,但目前分布式输配供热系统管径设计仍采用集中式输配供热的经济比摩阻范围,其经济性适配问题未经论证。通过MATLAB编程,并结合现有工程实例,以经济性最优为目标,对分布式输配供热系统管径进行优化。结果表明:分布式输配供热系统采用原比摩阻设计的管径存在优化空间,优化后全管网费用年值可降低15.3%。The energy consumption of water pump distribution in traditional centralized heating systems accounts for approximately 30%of the total energy consumption.In order to reduce the energy consumption of transmission and distribution of heating systems,distributed transmission and distribution systems are being increasingly adopted.There are differences in composition and operational energy consumption between distributed and centralized transmission and distribution systems,which lead to variations in economic benefits.However,the current design of pipe diameters for distributed transmission and distribution heating systems still relies on the economic friction resistance range established for centralized transmission and distribution heating systems,and the economic adaptability of this method has not been verified.Through MATLAB programming,combined with existing engineering examples,this study aims to optimize the pipe diameters of distributed transmission and distribution heating systems for economic efficiency.The results indicate that there is potential for optimization in the pipe diameters of distributed transmission and distribution heating systems designed based on the original friction resistance,and that optimization can reduce the annual cost value of the entire network by 15.3%.
