摘 要:为研究回热器对准二级压缩高温热泵系统性能的影响,针对R245fa准二级压缩高温热泵系统,建立热力学模型,理论分析了回热器效能对压缩机排气温度、制热量、COP、系统(火用)损失和(火用)效率的影响。结果表明,随着回热器效能增大,排气温度升高,机组制热量、COP和(火用)效率增大。考虑回热器的压力损失,随着回热器效能增大,机组制热量和COP呈先降低后升高趋势。如果回热器压力损失过大(≥40 kPa),增大回热器效能,系统制热量小于不使用回热器时的能力。In order to study the impact of the internal heat exchanger on the performance of quasi-two stage compression high temperature heat pump system,a thermodynamic model is established for the R245fa quasi-two stage compression high temperature heat pump system,and the theoretical analysis of the impact of the internal heat exchanger efficiency on exhaust temperature,heating capacity,COP,exergetic loss and exergetic efficiency of compressor are conducted.The results show that the exhaust temperature,heating capacity,COP and exergetic efficiency of the unit increase with the increase of the efficiency of the internal heat exchanger.Considering the pressure loss of the internal heat exchanger,with the effectiveness of the internal heat exchanger increase,the heating capacity and COP of the unit show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.If the pressure loss of the internal heat exchanger is too large(≥40 kPa),increasing the efficiency of the internal heat exchanger will result in the heating capacity is less than that produced by the system without the internal heat exchanger.
