摘　　要：压实股钢丝绳因具有优越的耐磨性能、抗挤压性能、较高的破断拉力及与滑轮良好的接触状态,在高强度和重载荷条件下使用效果较好。随着国内钢丝绳制造技术的不断进步,压实股钢丝绳的应用领域也在不断扩大,尤其在海洋工程、工程机械、冶金起重等重点领域,国产钢丝绳逐步替代进口,但与国外钢丝绳相比,钢丝质量、股径精度、钢丝绳破断拉力等仍存在较大的差距。对比国内外典型压实股钢丝绳结构捻制系数,分析我国压实股钢丝绳设计及生产制造过程中存在的不足,对压实股加工方法、工艺设计及生产过程控制、工艺装备等提出改进措施。Because of its superior wear resistance,extrusion resistance,high breaking force and good contact with pulley,compacted strand wire rope can be used in high strength and heavy load.With continuous progress of domestic wire rope manufacturing technology,application field of compacted wire rope is also expanding,especially in key areas of marine engineering,engineering machinery,metallurgical lifting,etc.,domestic wire rope gradually replaces imports.But compared with foreign wire rope,steel wire quality,strand diameter accuracy,wire rope breaking force and so on is still big gap.Shortcomings in design and manufacture of compacted wire rope in China are analyzed by comparing lay factor of typical compacted wire rope structure at home and abroad,and improvement measures are put forward for processing method,process design,production process control and process equipment of compacted wire rope.
