摘 要:以82B线材为原料探究道次压缩率和总压缩率对高碳弹簧钢丝硬化系数的影响。通过对不同道次压缩率和总压缩率条件下的弹簧钢丝进行拉拔试验,测量其直径和强度并通过经验公式计算硬化系数,得出了一系列试验结果。结果表明,道次压缩率和总压缩率对弹簧钢丝硬化系数有显著影响。总压缩率在达到45%以前,道次压缩率与道次硬化系数呈正相关。总压缩率较小时(≤45%时)硬化系数随着总压缩率的增加而增加,总压缩率在45%~87%时随着总压缩率的增加,硬化系数呈下降趋势,当总压缩率大于87%时,硬化系数又开始上升。To exploring influence of pass compression ratio and total compression ratio on hardening coefficient of high carbon spring steel wire using 82B wire rod as raw material.By conducting drawing experiments on spring steel wires under different compression ratio and total compression ratio,measuring their diameter and strength,and calculating hardening coefficient through empirical formulas,a series of test results were obtained.Results indicate that pass compression ratio and total compression ratio have significant impact on hardening coefficient of spring steel wire.When total compression ratio reaches before 45%,pass compression ratio is positively correlated with pass hardening coefficient.When total compression ratio is small(≤45%),hardening coefficient increases with the increase of total compression ratio.When total compression ratio is between 45%and 87%,hardening coefficient decreases with the increase of total compression ratio.When total compression ratio is greater than 87%,hardening coefficient begins to rise again.
