摘 要:20Mn热轧盘条通过机械剥壳和压延工序生产链条扁丝出现尺寸精度低、表面光洁度不佳的问题。中心偏析影响截面硬度均匀性,造成扁丝呈现中间厚边部薄的尺寸差异;盘条表层氧化铁皮厚度和FeO占比偏低影响剥离性能,部分残余铁皮压入基体降低表面光洁度。通过连铸工艺优化,偏析指数由最高1.20降至1.04~1.06,盘条截面显微硬度波动由17%降至5%以内;适当提高吐丝温度和盘条高温区停留时间,氧化铁皮厚度由8~14μm提高至17~22μm,FeO厚度占比提高至70%以上。工艺优化后20Mn盘条生产扁丝尺寸精度由0.05 mm降低至0.01 mm以内,表面光洁度明显改善,满足产品高尺寸精度和高光洁度的要求。20Mn hot rolled wire rod is used to produce chain flat wire through mechanical descaling and calendering process,with low dimensional accuracy and poor surface finish problem.Center segregation affects hardness uniformity of cross section,resulting in thick middle and thin edge of flat wire.Oxide scale thickness on wire rod surface and FeO proportion are low,which affect peeling performance.Part of residual iron scale is pressed into substrate to reduce surface finish.Through continuous casting process optimization,segregation index decreased from 1.20 to 1.04~1.06,and microhardness fluctuation of wire rod section decreased from 17%to less than 5%;Thickness of iron oxide scale increases from 8~14μm to 17~22μm,and proportion of FeO scale increases to more than 70%by appropriately increasing spinning temperature and residence time in high temperature zone of wire rod.After process optimization,size difference of flat wire produced by 20Mn wire rod was reduced from 0.05 mm to less than 0.01 mm,and surface finish was significantly improved,meeting requirements of high dimensional accuracy and high finish of products.
