摘　　要：针对国内钢帘线企业对湿拉润滑液的管理多依赖工程师的经验给出工作指令,存在管理粗放、计算工作量大、润滑液消耗高的问题,研究开发了钢帘线钢丝湿拉润滑液管理系统,将企业工程师的专业知识及经验通过计算机管理系统直接完成工作指令,经生产验证,润滑液单耗由4.9 kg/t下降至4.65 kg/t,同时减少了200 t/a左右的废液排放处理量。Steel wire for cord wet drawing lubricant computer management system was developed aiming at the problem such as domestic steel cord enterprises rely on engineers’experience and manual calculation to issue work instructions for routine management of wet drawing lubricants,resulting in crude management,high workload in calculating and lubricant excessive consumption.The project integrated expertise and experience of engineers into computer management system to directly issue work instructions.After production validation,lubricant consumption decreases from 4.9 kg/t to 4.65 kg/t,while reducing waste lubricant disposal approximately 200 t/a.
