摘　　要：介绍制定T/CSM 34—2021《钢丝拉拔用粉粒状润滑剂》的任务来源、工作程序和编制准则,对标准中8个章节的主要条款进行说明。标准对钠皂、钙皂、钠钙混合皂、钠钾混合皂、添加剂术语进行了明确界定,对粉粒状润滑剂的堆密度、粒度、质量百分比、流动角、水分含量、灰分、软化温度、脂肪酸含量、有害物质等性能指标进行量化;对润滑剂性能指标给出具体的检验方法,包括计算公式,检验规则详细明确。团标的制定使得钢丝拉拔用粉粒状润滑剂质量有章可循。To introduce task sources,work procedures,and compilation criteria of T/CSM 34—2021 Powder granular lubricant for steel wire drawing,and explain eight chapters main terms in standard.Terms of sodium soap,calcium soap,sodium calcium mixed soap,sodium potassium mixed soap and additive agent were clearly defined by standard.The bulk density,particle size,mass percentage,flow angle,moisture content,ash content,softening temperature,fatty acid content,harmful substances and other performance indicators of powder granular lubricant were quantified.The specific inspection method and calculation formula for lubricant performance index are given,and inspection rules are detailed and clear.The formulation of group standard makes quality of powder granular lubricant for steel wire drawing have rules to follow.
