摘　　要：GCr15钢盘条加工制造滚锥时端面出现开裂。对开裂缺陷进行分析,发现裂纹处硬度和正常部位硬度基本一致,裂纹源处没有脱碳和碳化物聚集,缺陷零件母材球化退火符合GB/T 18254—2016要求,裂纹处含有大量夹杂物。结果表明:滚锥端面出现开裂为滚锥加工时大头向外膨胀,变形量大,小头向内压缩,镦制及淬火加工产生的内部应力在夹杂物缺陷处释放,从而导致材料开裂。End face of GCr15 steel wire rod is cracked when rolling cone is manufactured.Cracking defects were analyzed,the hardness of crack was basically the same as that of normal part,there was no decarbonization and carbide accumulation at crack source,spheroidization annealing of defective part base metal met requirements of GB/T 18254—2016,and crack contains a large amount of inclusions.Reason of roller cone end face is cracked should be that large head of conical rolling process expands outward,causing a large amount of deformation,while the small head compresses inward,internal stress generated by upsetting and quenching processes is released at defect of inclusions,leading to material cracking.
