摘 要:针对客户提出的镀锌低合金产品2种不同程度的冲压橘皮缺陷问题,结合全流程关键工艺数据、高频曲线、化学成分、力学性能、应力应变曲线等,进行了对比分析及试验验证,判断橘皮与产品屈服平台过长有关。钢卷冲压出现零星橘皮,可针对局部轻光整或者低光整区域进行剔除处理。如冲压出现整卷橘皮,通过提升光整延伸率目标值,可以有效改善钢卷冲压橘皮缺陷。措施经过验证后确定有效,合格率由82.14%提高至100%,客户满意度提高。Combined with key process data,high frequency curve,chemical composition,mechanical properties,stress strain curve of whole process,comparative analysis and experimental verification were carried out for two different degrees of stamping orange peel defects of galvanized low alloy products proposed by customers.It was judged that orange peel defects were related to too long yield platform of product.Sporadic orange peel appears in steel coil stamping,which can be removed for local light finishing or low finishing areas.If whole roll orange peel appears during stamping,orange peel defect of steel coil stamping can be effectively improved by improving target value of finishing elongation.After verification,measures were confirmed to be effective,pass rate was increased from 82.14%to 100%,and customer satisfaction was improved.
