数字赋能视域下新疆社会面群众国家通用语言使用情况调查研究

摘　　要：本文以数字赋能为背景,调研了伊犁地区村干部、农牧民、园区工人的国家通用语言学习使用情况。通过聚焦三类人群国家通用语言学习方式、使用现状、学习态度等问题,发现其学习意识较为强烈,主要依托夜校和手机等学习国家通用语言。其中,村干部的国家通用语言使用频率最高,并且数字赋能对新疆社会面群众国家通用语言的学习使用产生了积极影响。最后提出制定合理的政策和规划、加强师资培训、增强教学内容实用性、建设语言交流平台、加强评估和监督等几点建议,以更好地适应数字赋能下新疆社会面群众国家通用语言的学习与使用。Based on the background of digital empowerment,this paper investigates the learning and application of the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese among village cadres,farmers and herdsmen,and workers in the industrial area in Yili District.This paper focused on the learning methods,use status and learning attitude of the three groups,which is found that they have a strong sense of learning and mainly rely on night school and mobile phones to learn the common Chinese.Among them,the village cadres use the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language with the highest frequency,and digital empowerment has a positive impact on the learning and use of the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language of young farmers and herdsmen in Xinjiang.Finally,it puts forward several suggestions,such as formulating reasonable policies and plans,strengthening teacher training,selecting suitable teaching materials for the region,enhancing the practicability of teaching content,innovating teaching methods,scientifically grading and classifying,establishing language exchange platforms,and strengthening evaluation and supervision,so as to better adapt to the learning and use of the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language of social masses under digital empowerment.
