摘 要:【目的】解决在有机硅压敏胶(SPSA)耐高温改性研究中存在的耐热性与黏结性能难以协同提升的难题。【方法】利用硅氢化反应,分别将丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸苯甲酯及丙烯酸四氢呋喃酯分别接枝到含氢交联剂上,成功制备出一系列改性交联剂。调控改性交联剂的添加量,系统测试SPSA的180°剥离强度、环形初黏力、内聚力及高温残胶量,分析改性对其黏结性能与耐热性的影响规律。【结果】丙烯酸酯的引入可显著提升SPSA的黏结能力,其中丙烯酸苯甲酯改性SPSA在保持高剥离强度(>3.67 N/cm)和环形初黏力(12.675 N)的同时,残胶出现的温度提升至280℃,耐热性大幅增强。【结论】实现了SPSA黏结性能与耐热性的协同优化,丙烯酸苯甲酯改性交联剂的应用为解决耐高温残胶和黏结不足问题的解决提供了有效途径,有利于拓展SPSA在高温环境下的工程应用。[Objective]To solve the difficulties of synergistic improving the heat resistance and bonding performance in the study of high-temperature resistance modification of silicone pressuresensitive adhesives(SPSA).[Methods]A series of modified crosslinkers were successfully prepared by grafting methyl acrylate,benzyl acrylate,and tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate onto hydrogen-containing crosslinkers through hydrosilylation reaction.By adjusting the dosage of these modified crosslinkers,the 180°peel strength,loop tack,cohesive strength,and high-temperature residual adhesive content of SPSA were systematically evaluated to analyze the impact of modification on bonding performance and heat resistance.[Results]The introduction of acrylates significantly enhanced the bonding ability of SPSA.Specifically,benzyl acrylate-modified SPSA exhibited high peel strength(>3.67 N/cm)and loop tack(>12.675 N)while elevating the residue-onset temperature to 280℃,greatly enhancing heat resistance.[Conclusion]This work achieved synergistic optimization of bonding performance and heat resistanc in SPSA.The application of benzyl acrylate-modified crosslinkers provided an effective solution to address high-temperature residue and insufficient adhesion,which was conducive to expanding the engineering applications of SPSA in high-temperature environments.
