摘 要:【目的/意义】耐高温化学改性硅树脂的发展对拓展其在特种耐高温涂层的应用具有重大意义。【分析/评论/进展】阐述了硅树脂的3种热降解机理,详细综述了近年来国内外通过侧链、端基和主链化学改性提高硅树脂耐热性的研究进展,并对比了不同改性方法的优缺点。此外,还介绍了化学改性硅树脂在耐高温涂料中的应用情况,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。【结论/展望】尽管当前化学改性硅树脂还存在制备工艺复杂、成本较高、难以大规模生产应用的不足,但通过不断的技术创新和工艺优化,化学改性硅树脂有望在特种耐高温涂层的应用中发挥更大的作用。[Objective/Significance]The development of chemically modified high temperature resistant silicone resin is of great significance to expand its application in specialized high-temperature resistant coatings.[Analysis/Discussion/Progress]In this paper,three thermal degradation mechanisms of silicone resins were introduced.The research progress in improving the heat resistance of silicone resins by chemical modification of side chain,end group and main chain in recent years were reviewed in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of different modification methods were compared.Furthermore,the applications of chemical modified silicone resins in high temperature resistant coatings were reviewed,and the development trend was also prospected.[Conclusion/Prospect]Although the current chemical modified methods still have the disadvantages of complex preparation process,high cost and difficult large-scale production and application,through continuous technological innovation and process optimization,chemical modified silicone resin is expected to play a greater role in the application of special high temperature resistant coatings.
