摘 要:探讨双碳目标背景下区域高铁运营的碳排放特征与节能降碳策略。以武汉局集团有限公司为例,通过分析2014—2023年的能源消耗和碳排放数据,揭示运营碳排放的趋势和主要特点,即直接碳排放量有所减少,但总碳排放量每年仍在增加。进一步研究探讨导致该现象发生的主要因素,并从优化运输结构、强化技术创新与推广、提升绿色发展水平3个维度提出相应的节能减排措施。研究表明提升铁路运输效率和科技创新是实现碳达峰和碳中和的关键因素。In the context of the dual carbon goals,the carbon emission characteristics and energy conservation and carbon reduction strategies of regional high-speed rail operation are discussed.Taking Wuhan Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper analyzes the energy consumption and carbon emission data from 2014 to 2023 to reveal the trend and main characteristics of operational carbon emissions.Although direct carbon emissions have decreased,total carbon emissions are increasing every year.The main factors leading to the occurrence of this phenomenon are further studied and discussed,and corresponding energy-saving and emission reduction measures are proposed from three dimensions:optimizing the transportation structure,strengthening technological innovation and promotion,and improving the level of green development.Studies have shown that improving the efficiency of railway transportation and technological innovation are the key factors to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
