摘　　要：为分析铁路职工的心理健康状况并提出干预对策,收集2023年某铁路局集团公司APP心理测评板块数据,筛选提取出真实有效的测评结果18 619条进行整理,应用统计软件进行数据处理。结果显示,铁路职工在心理健康各维度阳性率排前两位的均为强迫症状和抑郁;男性职工在人际关系敏感、敌对、偏执、精神病性4个维度得分高于女性;不同系统和不同地区职工心理健康水平存在差异。从改善职工大脑疲劳、构建EAP体系和重点关注突出的心理问题等方面提出干预对策建议。To analyze the mental health status of railroad workers and put forward intervention countermeasures,we collected data from the APP psychological assessment panel of a railroad bureau group company in 2023,screened and extracted 18619 real and effective assessment results for collation,and applied statistical software for data processing.The results show that the top two positive rates of railroad workers in each dimension of mental health are compulsion and depression;male workers have higher scores than females in the four dimensions of interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,paranoia,and psychoticism;and there are differences in the level of mental health of workers in different systems and different regions.We then propose intervention countermeasures in terms of improving workers'brain fatigue,building an EAP system and focusing on prominent psychological problems.
